About HomeBridge

We exist so distance never becomes a reason not to invest in El Salvador.

HomeBridge Capital was founded by real estate development professionals from the United States and El Salvador — realtors, architects and engineers — to represent Salvadorans abroad and international investors who want to invest in El Salvador with confidence, backed by a trusted, on-the-ground representative.

Our Mission

To represent Salvadorans abroad investing in El Salvador — and extend the same fiduciary standard to every international investor who chooses the country.

Our Philosophy

Real estate is a long-term position in a place, a family and a future. We answer only to our clients, and we remain their representative as their investment in El Salvador grows.

What it means to represent you

Buyer representation is a fiduciary posture, not a service line.

We never carry seller mandates. We negotiate against the market on your behalf. We disclose every relationship, every fee, and every risk before you commit — because the only way to build a firm that lasts is to earn the trust of one investor at a time.

Values

Three principles
that never move.

01

Independence

We accept no seller commissions. Our loyalty is undivided.

02

Rigor

Every decision is anchored in verifiable data and legal certainty.

03

Long horizon

We measure success in generations, not in closings.

Our Story

A firm born of a
personal question.

HomeBridge Capital was founded by real estate development professionals from the United States and El Salvador — realtors, architects and engineers — who saw a quiet gap: Salvadorans abroad and international investors of any nationality need a trusted, on-the-ground representative to enter the Salvadoran market with confidence.

We saw families lose deposits to phantom sellers, land bought without clean title, houses built with materials that never matched the invoice. The problem was never opportunity. The problem was representation.

So we built the firm we wished had existed for our own families — a firm that treats Salvadorans abroad and international investors with the seriousness of a private wealth mandate, not the posture of a traditional broker.

Our Process

Five deliberate steps.
One long relationship.

Every mandate at HomeBridge Capital follows the same disciplined sequence. It exists to protect you — not to accelerate a closing.

01

Phase

Discovery

We begin by listening. Your goals, your family, your horizon, your tolerance for risk.

  • Confidential intake conversation
  • Objectives, timeline, capital and horizon
  • Return profile and risk framework
  • Family, tax and succession context

02

Phase

Investment Strategy

We frame the mandate. Not properties yet — the strategy the properties will serve.

  • Market and neighborhood analysis
  • Sourcing off-market opportunities
  • Holding structure and tax planning
  • Currency and repatriation strategy

03

Phase

Due Diligence

Nothing moves forward until every risk is understood, documented and disclosed to you.

  • Legal — title, encumbrances, permits
  • Technical — structural, environmental, survey
  • Financial — valuation, comparables, projected yield
  • Reputational — counterparty and chain of ownership

04

Phase

Acquisition

We negotiate against the market on your behalf and supervise every clause, every signature.

  • Negotiation strategy and offer
  • Coordination with independent notary
  • Escrow, wire structuring and closing
  • Registration and title delivery

05

Phase

Ongoing Advisory

We stay. Because a home in El Salvador only matters if someone you trust is watching over it while you are away.

  • Advisory reports and relationship updates
  • Remodeling and construction supervision (Cubo Concept)
  • Coordination and referral of third-party managers
  • Exit strategy when the horizon arrives
